Return, Refund & Shipping Policy

Most items purchased which are listed on are returnable/replaceable within the return/replacement window, except those that are explicitly identified as not returnable/replaceable. However, following terms and conditions are applicable for returning/replacing a product purchased from

  1. Products are returnable/replaceable within the applicable return/replacement window if you've received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from their description on the product detail page on
  2. All Returns/replacement/refunds for all reasons mentioned in point no. - 1 are eligible for return but, within 48 hours from Delivery except non-returnable items.
  3. Return/Replacement/Refund will be processed if:
    1. product has been received back to us and quality check is cleared by the QC team;
    2. it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;
    3. the product is not different from what was shipped to you;
    4. the product is returned in original condition (with brand's/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).
    5. the shipped product is different from the mentioned description on website
  4. Return/Replacement/Refund will not be accepted if:
    1. any product returned that shows improper/rough use, improper handling, or physical damage; damaged/torn out the box, missing parts and accessories; it will be returned back to the buyer
    2. any returned product where customers don't want the product even if the description is correct will not be entertained.
    3. any product which is not a fit for your vehicle and ordered mistakenly
  5. Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer's remorse such as incorrect model or colour of product ordered or incorrect product ordered.
  6. In case of an empty box or missing item/items, the case should be registered within 48 hours of delivery with relevant proof or else UNO MINDA has all the rights to reject the complaint.
  7. If you wish to return an electronic device that stores any personal information, please ensure that you have removed all such personal information from the device prior to returning. UNO MINDA shall not be liable in any manner for any misuse or usage of such information.
  8. Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned.
  9. Products marked as “Replacement only” on the product details page are only eligible for replacement as per remarks mentioned in Point - 3.
  10. Products may be eligible for replacement only if the exact same item is in stock.
  11. Additional information is not required to return/replacement/refund an eligible order unless otherwise noted in the category specific policy.
  12. If the replacement request is placed and the seller does not have the exact same product in stock, refund will be initiated.

Return/Replacement Procedure:

  1. The items mentioned as returnable/replaceable on product description page are applicable for return/replacement within mentioned time period.
  2. Customer need to provide a specific valid reason for the returned/replaced product. Include a copy of the original invoice in the package. Attach the product images for damaged/defective/wrong description items.
  3. UNO MINDA QC team has right to accept or reject the return/replacement request on case to case basis depending upon the inputs shared by the customer.

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Our Cancellation Policy (UNO MINDA can cancel The order under the below circumstances)

    1. Non-availability of the product or quantities ordered by the customer
    2. Inaccuracies or errors in pricing information
    3. Non- availability of the Delivery service at the customer location
    4. Problems identified by UNO MINDA fraud avoidance team
  2. User Cancellation Policy (User request for cancellation of the orders)

    1. UNO MINDA reserves the right to accept or reject request for order cancellations for any reason.
    2. Only unprocessed or un-dispatched orders can be cancelled. Once the order is Processed/shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
    3. The eligible cancelled orders will get refunds within the different bank timelines which may entirely depend on the used payment method. For more information on refund refer the Refund Policy.
    4. Final decision taken by UNO MINDA regarding cancellation or refusal to cancellation of an order shall be final and binding upon the user.

Refund Policy

Once product return request is approved by UNO MINDA QC team, a refund is issued to the original payment method as per the below table. The refund time will be calculated from the return request approval date.

If the standard time-frame as mentioned in the above table has expired and you have still not received the refund, please contact your credit or debit card issuer or your bank for more information. Refunds will not be processed in cash/cheque strictly.

What are the return guidelines?

Following are the return guidelines:

  1. Your address and the item that you wish to return must be eligible for return.
  2. If the return is not eligible for Pickup, a Self-Return option will be given.
  3. Once the return is received, you will, in accordance with Refund Policy, be issued a refund to your original payment method.

For Pay on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed to your provided bank account (via National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT)).

Can my order be replaced?

If the item you ordered arrived in a physically damaged or defective condition or is different from their description on the product detail page, or has missing parts or accessories, it will be eligible for a free replacement, provided the exact item is available.

How long will it take for my order to arrive after I make payment?

A: Customers should expect to receive their orders within 10 working days upon payment verification depending on the volume of orders received. You can check your estimated delivery with respect to your pin code on product description page. If you experience delays in receiving your order, contact us immediately and we will help to confirm the status of your order.

What are the payment methods available?

At the moment, we accept Credit\u002FDebit cards, net banking, UPI, payment wallets and Cash on delivery.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Shipping is a major link in the whole experience of online shopping. UNO Minda is tied up to provide a best shipping experience to all of its customer and always try to make the product available in possible shorter time at your doorstep.

In most of the cases product get delivered to you at your doorstep within 5-10 days as per the best availability of the logistics services in your area. However, in some cases it may take up to 15 days to reach the product to you due to some unseen situations like some natural calamities, delay from logistics ends, vehicle failure, non-operations due to festivals etc.

How are the shipping charges calculated?

Shipping charges are calculated according to the bulkiness of products and the value of products in the cart.

Are shipping charges refundable if the product is returned?

As per our policy, only the product cost is refunded. Shipping charges are non-refundable and will not be refunded in case the product is returned.
